The Mourne Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty
(AONB) is located in the southeast corner of
Northern Ireland, encompasses an area of 570
square Kilometres and stretches across the boundaries
of three District Councils namely, Newry and
Mourne, Banbridge and Down.
