Mourne Pathway Maintenance

The designation of Mourne and Slieve Croob as an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty brings with it a commitment to safeguard the natural beauty, wildlife and historic heritage of the area whilst at the same time promoting its enjoyment by the public at large. Mourne Heritage Trust was established to help achieve the vision that its core funders held.

The Trust's core funders are:

1. DOE (Environment and Heritage Service)

2. Northern Ireland Tourist Boards

3. Banbridge District Council

4. Newry and Mourne District Council

5. Down District Council

Without their help and support the Trust would not have been able to achieve its aims thus far and look forward to working with them in the future.
